Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of tickertex.com and the TickerTex client portal. By using the site or portal you agree to them. Support services for clients are also governed by any service agreement between your organization and TickerTex; if the two conflict, the service agreement controls.

Accounts

• Portal access is for authorized users of TickerTex clients. Your client administrator decides who has access and what they can do.
• Sign-in codes are sent to your email. Keep your email account secure, and don't share codes.
• Tell us right away at support@tickertex.com if you think your account has been misused.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access data or accounts you're not authorized to use;
• probe, scan or test the security of the site without our written permission;
• upload malicious code, or interfere with the site's operation;
• use the site to send spam or unlawful content.

Rates and billing

Unless your service agreement says otherwise, support is billed at $95 per hour in 15-minute increments, with a 15-minute minimum. Invoices are payable according to the terms on the invoice.

Quotes

Quotes provided through this site are estimates based on the information you give us and are not binding until confirmed in writing.

Content and information

The information on this site is provided for general purposes. We work to keep it accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TickerTex is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Liability for support services is governed by your service agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
